Born from the merger of two families -Disset, a marketing and communication consultancy offering global services and advanced solutions; and Refineria, a technology and digital marketing consultancy offering digital solutions and services-, at Resset we refine and condense excellence to integrate all marketing tools and communication channels to help brands, companies and organisations connect and relate to their audiences and customers.

Born in Mallorca – international hub of tourism, innovation and technology – and with more than 50 years of experience accumulated between both companies, we have a multidisciplinary team of more than 140 professionals, both in Spain and in the Caribbean (Cuba and Mexico), working on technology, marketing and communication projects for companies from different sectors and organisations, public and private, national and international institutions.

Advertising campaigns carried out for AirEuropa for different special offers for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Pieces were produced for both press and online media. In the case of Valentine's Day, we put forward the concept that "there is only one feeling similar to feeling in love: and that is flying with Air Europa". For the Mother's Day campaign, the flight search engine of the company's website was used as a graphic resource, using the fields to fill in “Take me from...”, “To...”, “To...”, and introducing copys with very emotional messages. “To...”, and introducing copys with very emotional messages.

After the opening of our office in Cuba, we carried out for Iberostar the launching and opening campaign of the Iberostar Grand Packard in Havana (Cuba).

On the occasion of the rebranding of the Iberostar Group, we designed each of the creative pieces for its correct implementation in the hotels in Cuba and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

We made a visual graphic photographic inventory of the hotels to know the necessary pieces for the signage; we designed each one of the pieces and devised a personalized directory for each hotel where to transmit its essence, describing the emotional experience that each guest enjoys during their stay.

On the occasion of the reopening of the historic restaurant, we developed a concept on which to pivot: a classic to rediscover.

We advise on their social networks throughout the High Season campaign, dynamizing the concept of opening to regular customers and new customers in search of unique gastronomic experiences.
